Requirements

  • Thunderbird should be installed on your Computer.
  • You should have access to the groupware.
  • Active internet access.

In the following steps we show you how you can add your groupware calendar to Thunderbird and which settings you need to select to synchronise the calendar.

Start with step 1.

Start by going to the "Switch to Calendar" button on the top right corner.

Right-click on the empty space below the default calendar and select "New Calendar".

Select "On the Network".

To find the correct URL, open the web interface, click on the options menu (3 horizontal bars) of the desired calendar and select "Properties".

Copy the CalDAV URL.

Select "Caldav" and paste the URL from the previous step.

Give the calendar a name and colour of your choice.

Login with your stoney mail credentials.

Step 8

If you create an event, make sure it gets created in the correct calendar.
